Ahnu Precita Slip On Sneaker
Need a new shoe for spring? Look at this cool Ahnu Precita Slip On. It’s so….Hello Sunny Weather! It’s versatile enough to wear with a skirt, shorts, jeans, joggers, etc. and should work in both casual and dressier settings. The Ahnu Precita is light weight but the best thing about it, apart from its great look is arch support. I don’t know how Ahnu manages to engineer their flat shoes to have such great arch support but they do (apparently via their patented Numentum technology). I’ve experienced this with other flat shoes by Ahnu, like the Maia Sandal. Normally, I’m hesitant to try shoes that don’t have beefy soles because I do need a lot of arch support and shock absorption. These options from Ahnu off a new look for me along with great comfort.
The Ahnu Precita is a good shoe for the airport–slip on , slip off. I think they run true to size, maybe a tad bit generous. I’ve settled into a size 9 with most shoes (even though I measure at 8.5) and these fit great with a tiny bit of extra toe room. They did need time to break in, I recommend wearing socks for the first couple of wears, and don’t pack them until they are broken in. After that, you might not want to wear anything else. I keep reaching for these over all my other shoes.
They come in different colors, but I love the black with that hint of plaid on the side. They look like canvas sneakers, but it’s actually canvas-embossed suede which gives them a more sturdy feel. Find the Ahnu Precita HERE.
